HeLP is a package to compute constraints on partial augmentations of torsion units in integral group rings using a method developed by Luthar, Passi and Hertweck. The package can be employed to verify the Zassenhaus Conjecture and the Prime Graph Question for finite groups, once characters are known. It uses an interface to the software packages 4ti2 and/or Normaliz to solve integral linear inequalities. There is also a short accompanying article giving a survey of the method.

Slug test are used in hydrological studies to assess the hydraulic conductivity of aquifers. The hydraulic conductivity is calculated based on the recovery of the groundwater level in a well after addition or removal of a slug. Slug tests are used when hydraulic conductivity in the close vicinity of the well is to be assessed, when pumping tests cannot be conducted or when the level of desired accuracy is the general order of magnitude. The RSAT 0.2.1 (Rising head Slug test Analysis Tool) is a tool for analyzing rising head slug tests. It is developed in Python 3.7 and has a user interface built with the Tkinter package. Its functionalities are splitting datasets with multiple slug tests to individual slug tests, several plotting functionalities and the calculation of the horizontal hydraulic conductivity. This hydraulic conductivity can be calculated with the Bouwer and Rice methods for fully and partially penetrating wells in unconfined aquifers and with the Hvorslev methods for fully and partially penetrating wells in confined aquifers. Depending on the quality of the measurements, there are options to use all the data, the best range of the data (normalized head between 0.20-0.30 for Bouwer and Rice methods and between 0.15 and 0.25 for the Hvorslev methods) or the first range of the data (normalized head between 0.30 and 1). A standalone executable is also available. This tool eases the preprocessing, visualization and the analysis of the quality of rising head slug tests and offers automatic calculation of the hydraulic conductivity.
In-house developed software for the mechanistic modelling of reaction kinetics. Kinetic parameters, concentrations of impurities, properties affecting diffusion control,... can all be optimized based on extensive sets of experimental results coming from, for example, differential scanning calorimetry, microcalorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, time-resolved FTIR, UV-Vis or NMR spectroscopy,... For polymerization and depolymerization reactions, the software was extended with a generalized approach for the stochastic modelling of the changing macromolecular structure, allowing for the prediction of molar mass averages (Mn, Mw, Mz), gelation, sol and gel fractions, fractions of elastically active and pending chains, concentrations of branching points of different orders, crosslink densities,... Monomers and compositions can be freely defined through the user interface, different linking mechanisms can be combined (e.g., epoxy-amine prepolymer formation followed by Diels-Alder network formation), and reaction mechanisms elaborated, all without the need of writing (differential) equations or programming new code.

OpenHPS is an open source hybrid positioning system written in Typescript. The core component is published as an NPM package under the name @openhps/core.
The code developed allows readers to understand and learn how the speed and separation monitoring algorithm works and how the various variables affect the distances where the robot is slowing down and stopping to prevent any collision. To ease the understanding, we are using constant velocities
