- FILES IN THIS FOLDER: (1) DATASET_PAPINI_2026.csv. The dataset used by both scripts. 21,226 observations, 4 columns. (2) DATASET_PAPINI_2026_Example.csv The dataset containing the data extracted from the LLDD (https://lldb.elte.hu/en/database/). It only serves for consultation. Do not use it to run the scripts. (3) Logistic_Regression_Papini_2026.Rmd. R script for the Mixed Effects Logistic Regression (MELR). Run in RStudio. (4) Python notebook for the Cluster Bootstrap Random Forest (CBRF). Run in Google Colab. (5) CBRF_Repeated_Runs.txt. Output log of five independent runs of the CBRF notebook. (6) README_Patterns_Papini_2026.txt. Readmefile detailing how to run Logistic_Regression_Papini_2026.Rmd and CBRF_PAPINI_2026.ipynb on your machine.
