This online open database offers a selection of documents produced by Venice’s labour movement in relation to Porto Marghera’s fertiliser factories “Fertilizzanti” and “Azotati”, giving particular attention to struggles against workplace noxiousness and disputes around environmental pollution, especially the dumping of industrial waste into the Adriatic Sea. The documents come from the Federazione Italiana Lavoratori Chimici ed Affini (FILCEA) Fund of Istituto Veneziano per la Storia della Resistenza e della Società Contemporanea (IVESER). The open database is an output of Dr Lorenzo Feltrin’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Global Fellowship “LabEcoInt - Labour & Ecology in an International Perspective: Porto Marghera in the Phosphates Archipelago”, HORIZON EUROPE CALL: HORIZON-MSCA-2022-PF-01, G.A. n. 101103735. The full dataset can be downloaded through the zipped folder or each page can be viewed on this platform. All documents were uploaded as JPEG files. Documents dating back less than forty years were anonymised, with the exception of names of people exercising their public functions.

Il progetto QWoRe studia la qualità del lavoro nelle residenze per le persone anziane in Italia. Integrando metodi qualitativi e quantitativi, la ricerca identifica come le politiche di cura e la regolazione dell’occupazione, l’organizzazione dei servizi, le caratteristiche peculiari del lavoro di cura e il profilo sociodemografico e occupazionale dei lavoratori danno forma alle condizioni di lavoro, alla qualità percepita, al benessere e alle strategie dei lavoratori di cura.
Il Policy Brief intitolato "Le lavoratrici e i lavoratori di cura nelle residenze per le persone anziane: cosa sappiamo e cosa abbiamo bisogno di sapere", rivolto a decisori, stakeholders ed esperti, espone una sintesi dell'analisi compiuta su condizioni di lavoro, profilo sociodemografico e livelli di soddisfazione degli assistenti alla cura nelle residenze per anziani in Italia, sulla base della Rilevazione sulle Forze Lavoro Istat 2022. Inoltre, indica possibili sviluppi di policy, proponendo strategie per migliorare la qualità dell'impiego e garantire la sostenibilità del settore sociosanitario.

La qualità della vita lavorativa di operatrici e operatori di cura: sfide, pressioni e gratificazioni", rivolto a decisori, stakeholders ed esperti, espone una sintesi dell'analisi compiuta sulla qualità della vita lavorativa di operatrici e operatori (OSS e ASA) nelle residenze per anziani in Italia attraverso un'indagine qualitativa basata su 120 interviste. Inoltre, mette in evidenza le criticità legate ai ritmi serrati, ai bassi salari e al mancato riconoscimento sociale, confrontandoli con la gratificazione umana derivante dalla relazione di cura.
L'Infografica intitolata "Dentro la cura", il podcast intitolato "La voce di operatrici e operatori dalle residenze anziani" e il Podcast intitolato "Intervista sul progetto QWoRe per la trasmissione radio 'Signore e Signori, il Welfare è sparito'" illustrano, con modalità comunicative differenti, i risultati dell'indagine qualitativa svolta attraverso l'analisi delle 120 interviste a operatrici e operatori di cura nelle residenze per anziani.
