- DECIDE COMPOSITE CLINICAL DECISION-MAKING INSTRUMENTThe DECIDE Instrument is designed to evaluate clinical decision-making (CDM) in community pharmacy settings. It assesses pharmacists’ clinical decision-making confidence, shared decision-making practices, contextual influences, and use of guidelines in relation to sleep-related presentations. It combines validated questionnaire items with minor adaptations for pharmacy and sleep health contexts.
